We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at most current exchange rates.

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. You will be notified by email when your items have been shipped.


Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if within 30 days of purchase you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund credited to the card used in the original purchase (excluding postage costs). Please note that goods should be returned in their perfect, original and unused condition, including original packaging. In certain circumstances we may ask for photographs of damaged items, before the return procedure has begun, Customised items are non-returnable.

It is also possible to return an item for an exchange. 

You are able to exchange products within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us via email, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. Once you have returned the item, your original order will be refunded (excluding postage costs) and a new order will be placed (postage costs to be covered by you). For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions, and coupons for discounts.

Yea. Currently we use PayPal to process all of our transactions so you can be sure your information is kept safe. Every part of the payment process is highly encrypted. When you click the “Pay Now” button, you get taken to PayPal with bank-level security and they process your payment there. They are the only ones who see your information :)


You can track your order using the tracking code found on your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order has left our carriers dispatch until the items reaches you. Use - "Track My Order” to find your cake insiders order, or alternatively contact us!


Contact us ASAP - We generally prepare your order for despatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been despatched. In this case, you would have to return your order once you've received it.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
